Do you think people deserve second chances?

Yes. People are a product of their socialisation and can be changed, with time. Of course, sometimes it's hard to say people should be allowed second chances because of things they may have done - Josef Fritzl, for example - but you can't just go around making exceptions whenever you're morally outraged.

Do you prefer texting or talking on the phone?

View Answers

Texting. Talking is just ... annoying because I can never think of anything to say and there's about twenty minutes of long awkward silence and five of decent conversation. Texting is cheaper and you don't have to reply. (Yay for being anti-social :P)

What is your personal motto or favorite quotation?

Favourite quotes ... well, " I've always been a Daily Mail reader. I prefer it to a newspaper." ranks highly on my list of favourites.

So. Home sweet home.

The boogeyman, global thermonuclear war, being forced to eat broccoli—there's a lot to be afraid of when you're a kid. What was your biggest childhood fear?

When I was about four, I used to think the toilet had like, super sucktion powers and that, if I stayed in the room for too long after I'd flushed, the toilet would suck me down too! (thankgod we have separate toilet and bathroom!) I used to get bad nightmares about it and all.
So, yean. My biggest childhood fear was the toilet. Yes, I was pathetic.

I was really afraid of the cupboard under the kitchen sink for about six months when I was around seven - I'd read one of those 'Goosebumps' books and it had scared the her out of me.

So, it snowed more. A lot more. And as far as I know, we still haven't got the day off yet... (Oh, great. The internet has confirmed we haven't *scowl*)
I can't be arsed with it. Really. School isn't exciting anyway and I am so not in the mood to be trudging through 6+ inches of snow to get there. I just ... urgh. I'm so tired. I just .... urgh.

Happy Chinese New Year! The Year of the Ox starts today. What is your Chinese zodiac animal? Do you think you fit the description of the sign?

View Answers

Rooster. Specifically, Water Rooster.

And, kinda. Some of it is complete crap though, like the social aspect and the fact that Roosters should be neat. And doing well in the armed forces. I'd do about as well in the armed forces as a slug would in the 100m Sprint at the Olympics.

Looking at all the descriptions, I fit better as a Rat. But, I can see myself in a lot of the signs.

It's the last day in office for George Bush. There's been a lot of talk in the media lately about Bush's legacy. What do you think he will be most remembered for?
